2. Why are refunds not provided?
- BizBi is a digital AI-based service
- Premium access is granted immediately after payment
- Usefulness and results are subjective and depend on user context
3. What does not qualify for a refund?
- Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., “not helpful”, “expected more”)
- Partial use or failure to use Premium after purchase
- Misunderstanding of the Service description
4. Chargebacks and abuse
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in access suspension. We may retain technical logs and payment records to prevent fraud and respond to disputes.
